i'm pretty much certain at this point that wikipedia knows everything. it's amazing how many layers i can get in (i just went from harm reduction to moral panic to myspace to popular culture to marxism).

i kind of want to travel down this happy trail of knowledge forever, though it's not entirely conducive to getting things done.

beware of the wikipedia! some of the stuff it has isn't verified. have you ever seen stephen colbert's bit on wikipedia? he made up his own encyclopedia website called wikiality. it's pretty hilarious and makes a good point about the failures of wikipedia. you can visit it at:

...but in truth, i <3 wikipedia. when i am bored at work, i look up the different biographies of comic book heroes and just read about them.
