I don't get it. I'm happily sitting here watching CSI and they are investigating a muder (as usual) but they are at an extreme eating event. What is up with that? Why do the Americans and the Japaneese see this excess of waste fun? Actually they see it as a sport! I really don't get it.

Without going into too much detail someone on my team has disagreed with something that I want to put in place as a last resort.
