The section of I-81 that runs through Berkeley County is a very important roadway. It cuts my trip to work down from 25-30 minutes to about 10 or so. It's probably the most important road in the county. For most of the 30 miles or so of the Interstate that runs through the county, there're only two lanes going in either direction. Last week was the week I went off to Washington, D.C. for the National Peace Essay Contest convention. To say it was the most amazing week of my life would be a major overstatement.
