contact your local vet and see if they have any services for people who dont have enough money to appropriately pay for their animal's medical bills. do anything you possibly can to help your cat. i would have if i had have known something was wrong with it, but it was too late. please try going to the vet and getting in touch with any helpful resources. how much is it? maybe there is a community that can raise money and help.
i dont even know you and have no idea where you are, but i understand your financial situation and how desperate you are to save your cat. i wish you so much luck, you have no idea.
