I need to get away this weekend. Somewhere without computers, telephones, anything.
Name me a place around here that i can disappear for the weekend.

Have you spent much time on the Cape? This time of year you can find tons of places to stay down there for cheap cheap money becuase it's off season. The mountains might be a little pricier, especially because this is a traditional "go North" weekend with Veteran's Day. See, it if was me, I'd be going to the water, it's my saving grace. I used to drive to Scituate and just sit on the jetty and think when I needed to get away. I can remember being out there when it was 32 degrees, bundled up in my athletic training jacket smoking like a fiend. That was a LONG time ago, but, the water still helps when I'm upset. A nice long walk on the beach in Truro sounds good. Or Provincetown. Good luck!
