You dozey twonk. Mind you, I fell over in a similar vein a few years ago, only I landed on my right knee, and I was EXTREMELY glad of the strong painkillers they gave me, because quite frankly, I didn't want my leg anymore for a few weeks after.

I hope things heal quickly for you.
