Aww bless. My parents finding/reading my LJ is one of my biggest worries. They're the main reason I make a lot of my posts friends-only. I also candy-coat and censor the emails I write to them about my life here... we've got such an open parent/progeny relationship. :p

Amen sister. It's not that I keep stuff from my mother, it's just that based on things buried in the mists of my past my mother tends to worry a lot if I give any indication that my mental state is less than perfectly content.

i know the results from when my mother found my diary age 16: OUCH. so yeh with th whole privacy on livejournal, there are so many things that parents dont need 2 know in my experience. excited bout the nu journal tho questbert, big love and make sure im on ur dance card 2n bitch xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I really enjoyed this post. You write about this topic very well. There are many cherished moments in life, why not wear a beautiful dress! When looking back on special memories of your child wearing a gorgeous dress, it will make a fond memory.
