Do you have to have a new voicemail message every day or was today special? Seems like a pain in the... to me.

It really is a pain. The "recommendation" is that everyone place a new voicemail message every Monday, but the stats lady I'm (still) standing in for is hardcore, so I have to do it her way. Mind you, even after she's told me for the love of god, please don't change anything, I still have. buahaha. Hey, if spreadsheets are broken, they need fixing.

It's easy to write software that takes .wav files and plays them in an order of your choosing... that way you can record .wav files for each number of the month.. e.g. {1st.wav , 2nd.wav , ... , 31st.wav}, HelloYouveReached.wav, etc.

:) Another long delayed software project in the making :)

But, I suppose, then you'd need a way to interface your computer program to your voice mail. See my post on my blog re: VoIP security.
