yeah...she gave the officer something that said she had insurance but after calling around for a few days it turns out she didnt....stupid bitch...i have no car....she will now have no life

I hope you take her to court and get everything that she has. You know that you can, if you win, empty out her bank accounts, cash in her car, and her house etc as long as her name is the only thing on it. However, if mommy or daddy cosigned on anything and she has no cash you kinda get screwed cuz lawyers are expensive. but the best of luck to you, and make sure that you keep me posted on all the events that are going on with that.
