So I know there are probably many who got less sleep last night than me. Still bleh. Actually I managed to be fine though. Plus as per usual I wasn't really getting the reccommended sleep amount. Okay, you know what? Being informed that "umbringen" means "to kill" does NOT actually inform anyone who isn't in German of what that sentence means. Not me, at least. It drives me nuts when you seem to imply that I should be able to decode a sentence like that, even though I have no clue what "bringe" (if it's some kind of conjugation of "umbringen," I would not know that, as I can't conjugate German verbs), "dich," or "um" mean. ARGH.

…Sorry, didn't mean to shout. Sigh. Now I feel mean. Sorry.

Sorry, I wasn't all that with it when I typed it.

See umbringen is a seperable verb. "Ich bringe dich um." means "I kill you!" literally.

"Ich bringe dich gern um!"
I kill you gladly (then the other part of the verb which dosn't really translate).
