Tacos

Ok, so ever since I was a kid I've always loved a particular type of taco. It had to be from a pizza and sub place, with that thin orange grease. No onions or peppers mixed in with the meat. Have you ever tried Steve-o's in Derby? Used to be Bobbo's. Their tacos or burritos are huge and have plenty of that good runny stuff lol :)

Mmmmm tacos. DuBois on Niagara (across from family court) makes awesome ones with the grease like you describe

I just use ground beef or ground sirloin (depending on how much of the thin orange grease you like) and taco seasoning.

the Ortega taco seasoning is OK... but it's not "the" seasoning.... :(
