So, my mother has a EFFING GIGANTIC wild honey bee nest right next to her house that literally is oozing honey all over the place and smells amazing, but she has to get rid of it because her boyfriend's son is wicked allergic. But because of how its in a tree hole and they aren't swarming no one will take them, and they are endangered or something

Check the Pennysaver. There had been an ad in the spring for someone who would come and get them.

Alternatively, hit up the Farmer's Markets and ask all the "local honey" folks. Even if they can't take them, they may know someone who can/will
