So I'm still all tendonitisy on the left. The anti-inflammatories are making things considerably less painful, and by now the associated stomach ick is at least bearable. Unfortunately, walking has become absurdly difficult. It's not pain and it's not weakness...it's that there's not really anything to stabilize my knee atm. I don't know why I didn ( Read more... )

Oh, suck!

WOuld you like a recomendation to my muscular therapist guy? He's amazing and will be able to give you some tips for how to strengthen your knee back up. He's exsepnsive, but worth it.

It's actually not the knee that's the problem at all...it's my hip, including the tendon that runs down the outside of the thigh, connecting knee to hip. Nor is it weakness...everything's still pretty strong. It's the instability that's the problem. Atm, I'm staying the course with my own chiropractor and massage therapist...I'm going to stick with that for the time being and see where that goes, I think. But thanks!
