The plan was to go and find Faith, or Giles. Faith probably being the better pick, as I hadn't been able to find Giles all day to even let him know what was going on

After that whole thing with Xander, I knew I had to get some air. The boy was suffocatin', wasn't he? So, I went for a walk in downtown Salem. It was air and I knew I could prepare myself if anything happened. Nothing happened, kinda dissapointing. I was itchin' for a fight.

I got a pack of cigarettes instead. Damn you, Harris.

As I returned to the apartment building, I stuffed the pack in my pocket. I made it just in time to see Buff comin' in too.

"Alright Faith, if you could for once, be where I need you to be..."

Right, B... Thanks a lot.

I tapped her gently on the shoulder, "Actually, right here."

I jumped as I felt a tap of my shoulder.

I turned around, startled, before realizing it was Faith.

"God," I finally breathed. "You'd think you'd not sneak up on me."

In reality, she probably didn't... but I was lost in my own world.

Boy, B seems jumpy.

"And there's a universe that's considerin' sneaking up?" I asked, with a curled upper lip.

"So, you wanted to talk to me?"

"Sorry... just a bit off." I admitted.

"Yeah, I've got news... stuff you're not going to want to hear. Maybe you should come back to the apartment for a little bit."

This wasn't something I wanted to discuss outside.
