Looks to me like Buffy's decided to run away with Spike since the dirigible appears to be leaving, and holding her belly suggests at least thinking of keeping the "baby" (quotes 'cause it may not end up being an actual baby at all). Besides, I'd think they'd just walk to Planned Parenthood instead of flying. :-P If only I thought this entire situation could lead anywhere good...

I know this is serious stuff and I should be ashamed of myself, but the little Spike on top of the dirigible in the last panel has made me giggle like a twelve year old every time I've seen it

I'm mostly nervous that Buffy or Spike can slide down the the ship's surface and fall... (I have no life :)
