I haven't been following the comics other than what you have posted. What's up with Xander? He is so ill tempered. Can't say I like the art in this either. Dawn doesn't look like Dawn at all.

Nobody knows what's up with Xander. I hope it's not just a story about domestic abuse.

OTOH, Xander has always been afraid to turn into his father...

I always thought him leaving Anya at the alter because he was scared to turn into his father was a cop out. I really don't like Xander much. I think he is a mean streak and plays it off as just a joke. He can be nasty at times.
