Lily sent me this in 2004. It was my first Thanksgiving out of the country. I've made it every year since. It's now the most popular dish at Thanksgiving. When David and I decided to get married on this most special occation all my friends demanded we serve this. I'm give this recipe to the chef, and I hope to God he has a sense of humor. Because
