so I call my branch mgr to lock my spot at bliss, and he tells me I have to re enlist to get it because its a 3 year slot. why didnt he freakin tell me that friday? I wanted to reclass when I reenlisted, but part of the reasons I was waiting it out was because theyre not letting peple outta my mos. So I take it your leaning toward reenlisting. Like I said, even if you do, you'll still be getting out before me. Kind of sad actually. You can finish two enlistments before I get done with one. Shows how much of a sucker I was. I'm in the same boat you are as far as reclassing, don't think i'll ever be able to if I wanted. People in my MOS are running from the reenlistment NCO. The main incentive we usually get is that you have to reup if you want to get your E6. Not really a good offer when you've got job offers like we get for doing the same thing we do in the army, minus most of the bullshit. I say all this now but I know I'll probably do it when it comes time, lol.
