I hope you enjoy it.
You know why Danny’s here.
She asked him, again. And like a moth to a flame, he couldn’t say no. Couldn’t say no to those eyes, couldn’t say no to the whispered “please.” He just didn’t have the will to refuse her.
Please: a plea that came out sounding like she’d die if he didn’t. Because Danny thinks she just might.
So, he tied her up, tight-just as she’s asked. But this last time, he tells you, he thinks he liked it a little too much. Because he enjoyed hearing her begging for him to stop, liked eliciting her cries of pain; he relished the welts he left on her wrists and the bruises his big hands left imprinted on her hips and thighs. He reveled in fat tears as they ran down those porcelain cheeks and you feel his shudder as he remembers it all.
Both of you know it is born of both arousal and revulsion.
Sitting here, in the circle of your arms he tells you how he is afraid he will never be able to say no again. He's tried, he tells you--numerous times. But each and every occasion ends with him giving in. And each request takes a little less time to answer and a lot more time to honor. Thoughts of her (bound, bloody, broken, beautiful) haunt Danny’s dreams, turning them into erotic nightmares.
Because he thought he’d left that Danny Love behind when he left the Corps.
You doubt anyone else, besides Web, knows about his past or knows why he is here. Everyone thinks he's on the team because of his brawn and his tactical abilities, because he is the epitome of old school G-men.
But you know: Danny now embodies the humanity everyone attributes to someone else. And you love him because he provides proof that even the worst offender can be rehabilitated.
Danny, breaking from the weight of his guilt, comes to you for comfort. To be reminded that he is not that Danny Love any longer. That he is kind and generous and loving and caring.
Because he is and you know it. You can see it, you can feel it, you can taste it.
So you do your best to remind him. And you show him with your mouth and your tongue, your hands and your body just how special he is. You do your best to fill up the ache that has grown from a hole in his heart to a chasm engulfing his soul.
Danny needs you; and like a good Boy Scout, you are prepared for his tears. Ever loyal, helpful and kind you pull him closer, eager to do your good deed for the day.
