OK so Hurricane Katrina drove me out of Hammond due to fear of dying.. Now after Hurricane Rita I feel like i am dying everytime i step into my apartment.. We're on the second floor and that means that when the transformer blew up saturday night it was blistering hot in my house 4 minutes after the lights went out.. So now i am residing about 5
