I couldn't get past how hopelessly fucking pathetic these people were. For the first half hour I laughed continuously, but then it hit me that these are real people sinking their lives into lottery tickets and z-rate horror movies. I couldn't get over how sad it was, and the humor was lost in the reality of it. What's worse is that we're all as pathetically sinking our lives into some dream hoping that it makes some difference. Emo gayness abounding.
