It's kind of sickening to realize how easy it is to play god. Every once and awhile I get the random urge to just jerk the wheel so I'm on the other side of the road and I can crash and see what happens of it. In an instant, tens or hundreds of lives would change due to one little action. Or how somebody could shoot somebody else and take away

If you disappeared, well, I'd hear about it if you died. I've had people disappear online before and it left me worried, but it was no one I knew well.

I'm not sure how you'd hear about it though.

I was thinking about it, and I could see quite a few people I haven't talked to as much lately here knowing about it because they'd hear about a funeral or whatever. I don't know how it would get to people in Carbondale though.

You're right. I'd probably never ever know that you died. After maybe a month of you being a no-show, I'd probably try to call you and see what was up. And when the number was probably "no longer in service," I'm pretty sure I'd start considering worse concepts than "He hates me. : ( Whatev." And then I'd reach a new level of sadness because I'd never get to meet/marry you.

And that would pretty much ruin my life, so don't do it.
