Confused!!!

Everything has been so confusing lately because I don't know whether I like Billy and should stay with that or if I should get over him (which isn't easy) and go for a guy I know I could have a relationship with. They both make me laugh and I feel comfortable around them both. This is so difficult!!!If you have suggestions please comment please!!!
