Got back from St. Joe, Mo yesterday. We (sister, daughter and I) visited my dad for a few days. About a week ago he found out his lung cancer treatments aren't keeping up so they signed up for hospice care. It was really a great visit. He looks good, considering what he's been through the last year. His wife is pretty awesome. She has been on top

I am glad you got to visit your dad. I definitely know how important that can be. We're praying for you all. You will certainly have your hands full. Take care. Get some rest while you can. :)

Thanks! I wake up every day these days appreciating a full-night's sleep. I just hope I don't get too mean when I hit the baby-induced-sleep-deprived zone. Stupid, okay. Silly, fine. But I don't want to be a meany!
