the birthday was a mild success. i wouldn't go so far as to say it was great, by any means, but i had a good time, and was surrounded by friends so i guess that's what counts, in the long run. even if my wallet is feeling the burn now, in a big way

Your tasty fruity drink with malibu rum sounds like the big, blue booze drink I had on my 21st. It was extremely yummy. I'm still jealous that you don't have to do concession anymore after this week! Are you excited to start doing manager type things? Oooh! You can throw people out or deny them tickets! That's awesome!

I'm excited, and now that I have my official manager schedule, I am SO NERVOUS KTHX. >.< My first official shift as an OC is Friday, 3 - 11. *shudder*

I'm sure I will be fine, but it is so nervewracking. It was announced in tonight's staff schedule though, so everyone at work tonight when I went to see a movie was all "Hey! Congratulations!" and all of that, which was nice. =)
