Christmas was really nice this year. I did the Susie Homemaker thing and baked a lot of buttermint cookies and peppermint brownies for the managers and staff at work, and put them in little gift baskets (or sleighs, for the managers). Rich's birthday party made me want to cry, because everyone ditched us. Lots of people said they would come, but in the end, there were 7 of us, and Rich was one of those 7. Or, rather, I did get the job...but they called me back on Friday to tell me, and let me know that I needed to call them back by 12:30pm and let them know if I was still interested.
