i did it. i went to work today, marched right into the office, hunted down a manager and did it. in two weeks i will be laying my urban outfitters badge to rest. Its funny though.. i spoke to two managers about my decision and for the first time in my employment with this company they were the nicest and most understanding i have ever seen them.
