it's been nearly a year since I last updated this ol' thing. I guess life just kind of carries you away, which probably isn't a bad thing really. I'd kind of hate to spend the majority of my life typing out personal details and ruminations for an online community. Anyway, Cathie and I bought our first home this June and I must say, home ownership

Thanks for the congrat, I understand about My-Space, It annoys me a lot but I still use it more than I care to admit :P Don't fret about the whole resume/app deal, it's a pain in the arse and sometimes the fish just aren't hungry. I don't know what kind of resources you've been going through when searching for a gig but if you still want to do the library thing, have you tried the Missouri Library Association jobline? http://molib.org/Jobline.html
There might be a good lead in there, of course it'd probably mean moving out of CoMO or at least commuting (*shudder*). Best of luck to ye, I'm sure if you mentioned on your resume that you are descended from Pirates that'd catch some second glances. Arg.
