 I've been interested in the concept of "stress innoculation" and preventive psychology since around the time I went to Iraq. So here's an article about that from the Mayo Clinic.

Actually it's how I survived my mom and brother's deaths... so it can work. It's just harder than it sounds, is all.

Besides, it's mainly for prevention. Just like some foods can help prevent cancer, but not cure it, and it's not 100%.
