long after christmas update
well, i havent posted in a quite a while, mostly due that i was not around computers and that i was pretty lazy over the holidays. so, i will supply you with a holiday recap...
as you can tell from the previous posts, we (molly and i) left on december 12. we arrrived at molly's dad's house friday around 3 that afternoon. kentucky consisted of a bunch of laziness mostly. we had christmas that saturday (which had an added bonus of 5 inches of snow). went and played bingo with molly's grandma and i wass like $32 or something like that. we saw lotr-return on the king while we were up there....in the second row...in the leftmost seats...terrible seats, but a good movie. we left kentucky on december 21 which is my next topic. kentucky was fun just laying around doing nothing and playing cards. we played rummy and spades a good bit.
ocean springs, land of basic nothingness. returned to coast on december 21 and hung out until next day for birthday activities. i helped my dad work on his car since he had to replace the valve cover gasket. more hanging out after that. we went to lauras church for her nativity thing where she was mary, which had a very unhappy jesus. next couple of days was more nothingness. i took a day and hung out with rob in there. christmas eve was normal with our red beans n rice whilst watching national lampoon's christmas vacation. christmas was pretty normal. i got an alvarez guitar and my sister got a mustang. we went to my aunts for christmas dinner, which was good. then went home and packed, which is the next topic.
we got in starkville around 5 oclock. starkville was alot like ocean springs, hanging out. we had christmas again on the 26th. i didnt get a chance to get in the woods while i was up there. never had enough time, though i should be able to do it this week sometime. i need to get another deer before the season is up. anyways, starkville was a bunch of laying around, watching football, having christmas, and eating more food.
got back to ocean springs on december 29, and once again, more just hanging out until the dec 31 for new years activites. new years was more food, cookies, and cards. i learned to play a new card game whilst in starkville. i learned to play euchre. that is a pretty fun game. ive still got some more to learn before i can call myself good at it, but its fun. more hanging out with rob, shopping, and yet again, another christmas dinner later, it was time to head back to starkville, which was yesterday.
so now, im back in starkville at work trying to get back into the morning....i mean, college routine. already unpacked but i think i may have left my jacket in ocean springs. its good to be back though. ive got plenty of stuff to do this week before school starts back like hunting. i need to get me another deer before i dont have to the time to do it. well, i guell ill get back to work since this took me 45 minutes to write out. later fellas...
