I think the vitamin D is helping.
I've also added flax oil, for omega-3.
Sunny days have not hurt, either. And getting enough sleep.
I'm still not 100% but I'm not 15% with no reserves, either. However, I'll see what happens in January.
All midterms are done, now. I'm enjoying knitting, chatting with
backseatgaffer and watching Star Trek: First Contact.
