Always remember that confidence is sexy, and self esteem is its own reward.

I wish I had recorded all the pep talks I've been given over the past year. I would gladly send them to you. When you suffer from low self esteem everyday is a challenge. You often feel like no one knows or could possibly understand what you are going through. Once you are able to break the cycle of self doubt an amazing new world opens up. Be the best you that you can be, love and honor yourself, and you will find yourself surrounded by positive, loving and supporting people. I know that's been the case for me.
