I want you to know that I did not call Kimberly in the middle of the night and say mean things to her. I also did not tell anyone else to call her and say mean things to her.
As for Jason, he was also NOT responsible for calling Kim in the middle of the night and say mean things to her. I hate that it happened, but it makes me sad that people I consider friends would call me and accuse me of being responsible, or for even having ANY PART in this disgusting situation.

Well a few people called back the number to say it was a guy, and it very well sounded like jason. I have it saved in case you wanted to hear it.
1. Jon, Kristina, and Wesha all listend to it and the same thing was said over again...it sounded like Jason.
2. Umm i only know 2 spanish guys, and one was with Kristina and the other with you, and I know Jons spanish its flawless.
3. I have a hell of alot more on my plate than i can handle right now, so why would i want to be bothered with this.
And 4. Several people also mentioned that they heard your voice in the background and they heard people yell kb.
You also mentioned that you were drunk, so you might not have been able to remember. I was sober, i was sober and truly upset with everything else in the world. All i want to know is who called my phone acting a damn fool. Thats all, you'd want to know the same thing too.

You know as well as I do that Jason does NOT speak enough Spanish to leave you a message on your phone.
Yes he is hispanic and yes he does know spanish, but he doesn't even sound like a spanish person when he speaks spanish... so I don't know about all that.
Also, people hear what they want to hear. I'm honestly sorry that night ever happened, because I'm certain other things went on that I have no clue about either way.
I'm sorry someone called you and said mean things, but I want you to know that it wasn't me, and it was not Jason either.

The spanish was basic spanish. Like Gringo as this girl at my job said. Its spanish that your learn in high school. Broken sentences, the tu eres this and tu eres that. Come on now. Everybody knows that. Secondly the person didn't sound spanish. I know a spanish sounding voice, and you're forgetting that i know what Jason sounds like. So does everybody else that heard the clip. Third i dont have a problem with Jason, however I have a problem with the person calling me up on the phone for no god damn reason. Like i said, the clip says it all.

Again i never said it was you. I said it sounded like Jason, it sounds like Jason doesn't mean it is Jason however you guys were drunk together Friday night. And believe me I have alot of better things to do then imagine i hear people calling your name and hearing you laugh in the background. And also not alot of people have my number. So it really does narrow it down to the people on my phone.

Oh! and as for the fight, what I was really angry about (initially) was why Kim had to smack me in the face (unnecessarily hard) to tell ME not to slap her in the face.
Now- I do feel bad for hitting her in the face because it wasn't necessary (even though I didn't hit her hard or maliciously) but the fact that she couldn't have turned to me and said (WITHOUT using any physical violenve) Don't hit me in the face... I don't like it!

Well, you didn't have to hit me in the 1st place. Rule of thumb, eye for an eye...its in the bible! Secondly yes it wasnt called for, but ya know what... your slap in the face was to show you i'm not gonna stand there and let it happen. You of all people should know that. You know good and well if i would have slapped you, you would have been beyond pissed and hit back. So dont sit there acting like you wouldn't, because thats a bold face lie and you're lying to you self.

And finally, like a dog and a child what do you to a child or a dog that doesn't listen, you slap/or hit them therefore getting their attention. Now, if it works for children and dogs, why in the hell would it not work for grown ass adults? Were you surprised? Yes, you were. Were you pissed? Yes, you were. Ok, it got your attention. Point blank.

Ok- that still doesn't explain why you had to HIT ME IN THE FACE, to tell me don't hit you in the face.
And come on- that comment you made deserved a little slap. Lord knows we're always going back and forth with eachother, but if I had made the same comment to you after someone had forced something down your throat, you would have slapped me as well.

And if it escaped your attention, I also slapped Jon, and in respone he grabbed my hands and said "don't slap me in the face!"

Now, if that was really what you hitting me back was all about then you could have just as easily of said that to me without actually HITTING ME in the face... and very hard I might add.

Remember, you hit me first. Of course i'm gonna slap ya back. anyone is going to slap you back. Yea Jons not a girl, I am. Real men dont go slapping women in the face, ladies on the other hand if slapped can slap in the face. And again, you hit me 1st therefore i have the right to hit back. Simple as that...unwritten rule of thumb. If you can get over the part where i hit you and remember, you hit me 1st, remember you hit me 1st, then you will be fine. You are not the innocent bystander here. You started it and could have prevented it. I only did what i had to do. I know it was hard, I slap hard, dont take it personal

And fyi, i would have not slapped you in the face if you made that comment, i would have glared at you or said something else, even push or hit you arm...slap in the face...no! Why no? Because I know i'm going to get hit back. Therefore you dont slap people in the face. Its a bad habit actually, never had unless needed to.
