Is the barrier spell - or security system, or whatever it is - on every place but the temporary housing? That’s not right. Don’t the newcomers need it most? Don’t they need to have some sense of sanctuary in a place like this

All of the Section 1 houses. I found the temporary housing before I ended up trying any of the others.
