Use a saline solution to clear out your nose. Benadryl will help better right after you do it, because it doesn't work at clearing your nose if it's already stuffed. Since a cold is a virus and not a bacteria not too much medication you can take other then keeping the feeling away. If you don't have a bulb syringe for the saline solution heat some water up on your stove, put a towel over your head and that will help drip some of it out (a longer then usual shower can help also), just make sure you take some Benadryl for the stuffed nose. It takes about 20 minutes for the Benadryl to start working though, so keep that in mind when you're clearing out your nose.
