A Few Housing Questions

Hi, I'm a freshman and I had a few questions about the housing system.

I'm thinking about either Shelton and HoJo for next year, just wondering if anyone had pics or could tell me about the layout of the rooms.

I was also wondering how much the housing rates usually go up every year?

I'm fairly certain that it's not actual housing rates that go up so much as tuition ( ... )

I'm sorry I should probably clarify. I'm a freshman this year (and I currently live in Warren) and I'm curious about housing next for next year (Sophomore). i'm also in SMG which is why I am interested in Shelton and HoJo cause they are close to SMG.

Not sure if you'll be able to view this video but here's a lip syncing video that my friends and I made sophomore year in a Shelton suite. We lived on the 4th floor and this video gives you an idea of a Shelton suite style layout (unless they've changed dramatically in the past two years).
