So my female family, both my sisters, my mom, great-aunt and I, went to a mall for some shopping and these were my goods. Probably one of the only times I'd ever get two games in one day, but eh I was in the mood.
When I stepped into EB Games, I really didn't expect to actually get Aion, but I found out it was on sale with 25% off, so around $15 making it $45. I didn't get it the first time I went into the store and ended up waking around the mall with my sisters with it in my mind. After talking to my middle sister who asked me if I got anything at EB and if anything was on sale, I decided to bite the bullet and just get it. The chances of me finding the game cheaper in the new year would be slim to none, since only the insane, constantly overpriced EB Games carries it >.<
What I really wanted from the trip was the new Kingdom Hearts DS game, which I put on my Christmas list, but no one got it for me. I got it at HMV which is about $5 cheaper than EB so that was good (so I saved about $20 today~ :D). It's my first entry into the Kingdom Hearts world and so far...
...I'm waiting for awesome to happen? XD;;;
I've heard that this game isn't nearly as good as the other ones anyways, but what it's really doing is not making me like Roxas as much? I don't see the appeal in him to be honest. He's too mopey and angsty XD;; I know I'm only starting the game though and he might get better along the way, but he's judt kinda annoying at this point in saved time ^^;;
As for Aion, I haven't tried it yet. I'll probably install it tomorrow since MMOs usually take around a day to fully load. But at least I won't have to go through patch after patch for it :D
Also, I think I'm going to hit my TRU again some time this week. I went a little over a week ago and their Pokemon stock was absolutely pathetic as crap >.< Nothing remotely implied that they even received the new line and what they had was lame leftovers from before.
ALL I ASK IS FOR ONE LITTLE FLAREON DAMNIT. IS THAT SO HARD?! T.T
....Oh, BTW Okapi, it looks like Gin shipped off the Canvas package that she so graciously held for me/us so it should be coming in the next few weeks :D
And I bet you more than anything that Leafie's going to arrive tomorrow as well *waiting on a number of packages*
