I wanna try an LJ RP.

Random huh? I've never actually tried it before since the only form of RPing I've done over the past three-four-ish years have been through forum RPs. And even though I love those and it's taught me to write well, it's made me a little initimated ( Read more... )

I have a friend who used to RP on LJ, but I don't know if she does anymore. I could ask her though. She's Larxene. xD

Dressing Room

- Does not have apps ever, allows you to create an account on the fly and go

- Also does not have character limits (how many characters you can play at a given time), or activity requirements(how much is required to post with a character each month).

- Allows you to play as many of the same character or from the same canon at once.

- Allows alternate universe characters of any sort, including canon characters crossed with other series. See here and here for examples.

- Less strict on characterization and whatnot

- A bit more random, generally less focused on plots, since DRs were originally created in mind for testing characters for real games.

- Only does one style of simple third person prose. Here is an example.

Normal RP comm

- Requires applications for fill fo every character, here is an example ( ... )
