Million Dollar Animals

Mutt has swollen and kind of goopy eyes, so we went to the vet today.  For those of you not familiar with the saga that is my animal Mutt is a 9 year old short haired doxie who is blind.  He has *I can't ever remember the name*, it's something that human diabetics get too oddly enough, but it's genetic and very much abnormal for his breed

O.O Your poor puppies. It never ends, does it?

Not really, but my vet thinks that this contributed to the blindness so getting it fixed may restore a bit of sight, which is a good thing (tm)
