He's asked me to go with him and after discussing what to do with the shop, I've agreed. Willow and Tara are going with us, along with Wesley and his wife Fred from Angel's team ( Read more... )

Well, yes. Watchers come from England, and Giles wants to rebuild it there.

*frowns*

Although if it's a big pile of rubble I don't know why he and Wesley don't just rebuild it here.

*smiles at her*

So you'll be in charge while I'm gone. Unless you'd rather wait until you graduate, or maybe you don't want to work for Tristan? He's really very nice and he will always tell you what he thinks. I like that in a person, it makes conversations so much easier.

No, no Tristan is cool. A little odd, but I like that in a person. What exactly do you mean I'm in charge, wouldn't Tristan be in charge?

*frowns a little*

I'm gonna miss you guys.

Technically, yes. But I'm not stupid enough to believe in a week's time he'll know how to run the shop like you do. He is an adult legally though, so for business purposes he's in charge. You'll have to teach him how we do things around here. I plan on raising your pay to compensate for your added responsibilities. Of course you still have school to think about and it's important that you keep up with your homework, so if this is more than you can handle right now I will understand.

I could ask Xander or Maddy to come help out if you need them to. Well, and there's always Buffy, she's helped during busy times as well. And Dawn, Dawn knows how to dust and ring up customers. Plus she makes those pretty bows when a customer requests we gift wrap a purchase for them.

*smiles*

I will miss you, too. You have been my best employee and it's been a pleasure to know you, Theresa.
