Sorry I never commented, but I haven't known what to say. Actually I still don't. The above questions can only be answered by you. There might be an underlying universal theme, but the answer itself is not universal. 23 is a young age, and don't worry about that. I remember that vividly in 1999, and now I'm still telling myself that I have to be young. Any discrepancy beyond that would just destroy me and destroy the purpose of life itself. Instead of asking what is above, you should've asked what is it not that....

I can't believe I missed this post. You probably don't even check this anymore but since I'm the last one to post on your account anyway I might as well do it again.
"What is it that drives us? What is our greater purpose?" I think you're actually answering your own question. The meaning of Life to me is the search for meaning. The answer to the question is just another question. If it wasn't we'd stop asking.
I am driven by Love and Art. Moreso by the ability to create, whether that be creating with art or music, or forming relationships and bonds with the people i meet.
I want to live out my dreams because if they weren't something worth striving for then why are they worth dreaming? Sure I am a dreamer but slowely and surely I am attaining them one by one.
Success is not a destination. You can't just stop one day and say to yourself "This is success". Success is the journey toward happiness. My measure of success is how much I am enjoying the trip.
