Oh yum! You can also vary it adding veggies or rice, etc. I just had an egg with rice and soy sauce for dinner hee hee.

Speaking of which...I got a crockpot for xmas last year. I just started using it and it's great. I just throw everything in there before class and it's done by the time I get home. You can even set it before work and leave it all day!

Yum! I made this last night, and it was really easy and very yummy. I couldn't find boneless, skinless tighs, so I used split chicken breasts instead and it was still yummy.

Thanks for the recipie. This is definitely a keeper.

Oh good! I'm glad you've tried this recipe! I can't wait to try this myself (or at least make use of our new kitchen cookware!) Leo and I have been working late into the night and eating out! :-( Not exactly what I have imagined married life to be. bleh.
