Hmm....so just an update....
So English was boring as usual and we didn't do/talk/say much. The whole time I was silent as a mouse, which is unusual because I usually talk a lot, and I was real quite because of my stomach. I was really, really hungry! Thankfully I had a watermelon flavored jolly rancher lollipop with me, which kept my mind off the hunger. Igot my in class exam back and SURPRISE I got 100 out of 100. I was expecting more from a college course but hey, I aced every in class exam in my Honors english classes, so how hard could a college in class exam get? That sounded really conceited....Enough boasting from me.... *cough* Anyways, when I was walking to the train stop, which is kind of unnerving in the dark, I couldn't help but make up a story to a serial killer that began to run rampant on our campus while listening to my music (very loudly). I made a whole story for it. His modus operandi, his victims, etc. When I was getting deep into the storyteller mode in my mind a guy scared the shit out of me when he walked up from behind me real close! My heart jumped out of my chest! どきどき!! Anyway.... (Did you notice the characters? <------over there?) Well my friend Geri in Japanese class showed me how to do that. I am soooo lame. I can't figure anything out! (Thanks Geri!)
So during my ballet midterm (which I hope I aced), I realized how desperately I want a Hibari jacket.... I was waiting for my turn to perform the adagio (that's french for slow or ballet for routine done in the middle of the room) and was beginning to get cold so I draped my Miyavi Sweatshirt (Imagining that Miyavi was wrapping his arms around me) around my shoulders a lot like Hibari-san does.... and then a longing to have a jacket and to draw glorious 1827 fanart as well as pose in beatiful 1827 cosplay pictures overtook me. God I wish I had a boyfriedn! And if I did, I would soooo force him to cosplay as Hibari! *drool* Now I want to write his name in hirigana...just a sec....(ヒいばり) I hope that's correct....I might have an extra i (い) in there..... anyways.....Now I'm totally in the mood for some good 1827 (十八 / 二十七) lovin.... 沢田,綱吉 (<------- That's Sawada, Tsunayoshi, btw)
I almost left my ipod behind in math class today. I totally walked out and hen realized I didn't have it in my bag. my teacher's nice enough that he held onto it for me. (Thank you!) Unfortunately though, the only way I can keep myself awake during his class is to doodle on my notes....That reminds me, I'm out of note paper, so I better remember to pack some in my bag before Friday.....
Japanese was fun, but I totally felt bad when my teacher picked me to translate from english to japanese.....I declined because I really felt unready for this lesson. The vocab is just throwing me off! I know what I'll be doing tomorrow....Studying vocab and stroke order so I don't get beat up when I go to Japan! =___= ごめん寝際、せんせい!
Ah! Geri-san, here is our little skit for Friday, I was wondering if we should try an dress up like schoolgirls or something? I'm not too fond of wearing a school skirt but I'll do it for the sake of cosplay!!! Jk! I don't really have a school uniform, just something that can be put together to look like one. Anyway, here's the Japanese for all you Nihongo speaking peeps out there:
きょこ:のりこちゃん、きんようびはなにをしますか。
のりこ:まあ、えいがをみます。なんでですか。
きょこ:そうですか。四時半にテニスのしあいをみます。いっしょにいきませんか。
のりこ:ちょっと。。。。。。。
きょこ:でも!かわいいなおとこはしあいをします。
のりこ:ほんとうに?じゃ、そういうことで。。。じゃ、いいですね!
And Here's the Engrish for all you non-Japanese speaking peeps:
Kyoko: Noriko-chan, what are you doing this friday?
Noriko: Well, I was going to see a movie. Why?
Kyoko: I see. At 4:30 I was going to watch a tennis match. Would you like to come with me?
Noriko: I dunno.....
Kyoko: But! There will be cute guys playing in the tennis match!
Noriko: Really? Then if that's how it is... then good! (I'll go!)
I've noticed something about the automated voices on the buses/light rail trains. The busses sound very grave as though they are anouncing that you have 5 minutes left to live while the trains are happy to be of service. It's pretty funny and reminds me of Hitchhikers gude to the galxy.....The buses are Marvin the manic depressive robot, while the trains are the personality doors. Sorry, I couldn't resist....
