It's been ages since I worked out on a Friday night but I did that from 6:30 to 8:00 last night. My current exercise days are pretty much every day but my gym days are M-Th and F-S are at home calisthetics. I have heard that its good to weigh yourself daily because you can see how it changes daily. I think also for me if I eat a bad meal and then weigh myself the next day I know what to do to fix it. I am less likely to end weighing myself all together. But I only record my weight once a week.

I don't per se record it until it dips below 5 pounds but I like having it in my mind. Also like you say if I eat a "bad meal" I like to know how much I need to do to fix it. I don't have too many bad meals but I like knowing whats up. The only bad thing I've done though is I end up weighing throughout the day and thats just silly.

I weigh myself whenever I go to the gym because I don't have a scale. I like watching the trend in weight and knowing if a given day is higher than usual or lower.

Well I do weigh myself at the gym but at home I can get that "true" weight without clothes and so on.
