I'm annoyed at the fact that I can have one slightly high calorie day (1,500) with no gym thus I gain weight. Even if its a .8 of a pound. Its close enough to a pound and really that pisses me off something awful. Why? because the math/science isn't really right. I dont burn less than 1500 calories. Fluctuations like that are probably due to *cough* shit that hasn't passed yet.

I don't know what your BMR is, but it should be higher than 1500 calories... and 3500 calories is a pound. Did you eat 3000 calories? No. Did you gain a pound of fat? No.
