Speaking from experience, that's a big NO.

I hate that awkward thing where you're talking to someone on the way in and then you're not sure if the conversation should continue once you're separated by stalls. With a good friend, sure, but at work it can be tricky.

There's a woman like that in the building...she continues the converstaion over the stream o' pee hitting the commode. There are some things that you should only do with people who've seen you naked, drunk, or singing karaoke.
