i went to bed last night at eleven in the hopes of getting nine hours of sleep and was pumped, but then i woke up at four because my chest hurt, which was wierd, and then i had a little panic attack about how much work i have and the fact i wasn't going to get any of it done on saturday because i signed up to go to a conference, so i took a shower
