Well today I start the G.I. Diet, apparently it does work, and seeing as though its only a stone im aiming to loose I may as well give it a try.

I wont go into what its about and blah de blah, but I will say I'm ganna be more active in the way of exercise, so maybe i'll get my dream figure afterall!

It's been a great couple of weeks, and things look set to continue in that direction.
