Yes, it will. Spaying is necessary as most females will suffer from uterine cancer if they don't get spayed. Remember, they are animals so they're driven by hormones. This behavior will get fixed a couple of weeks after the spay, but they are expensive. my vet charges $400

Yes, very likely to reduce the aggressive behaviors! My lionhead became very aggressive and territorial when she was about 5 or 6 months old. She became much calmer within a month of neutering her. Her litterbox habits also improved about a month after her surgery. If you go through a private vet the price can be very high, but many shelters have low cost programs that can bring the cost down to $100 or less.
