[OTP!Family verse] Anniversary
Title: Anniversary

Notes: It's their anniversary today so I felt like writing something for it.
As he slowly drifts out of sleep, he can hear him snore quietly beside him. Spring is getting closer and even though it's still pretty cold, his hay fever is already acting up again.
Turning to his side, he can see the other's back peeking out from under the covers, muscles moving slowly with every breath.
Even though his sleeping face is beyond adorable, this is probably his favorite view. Strong but vulnerable at the same time.
He scoots closer slowly, careful not to wake the other as he snuggles up to him from behind, feeling the warmth of his body on his skin.
His nose lightly pressed against the other's shoulder, he takes in his smell, so familiar but yet it's something he'll never get sick of.
Long fingers drawing lazy circles on the soft skin of his stomach, tracing every muscle, tickling only a tiny bit to slowly coax the other out of his slumber.
As he presses warm kisses along his neck and shoulder, he can feel the other starting to squirm in his hold, the smallest of sighs escaping his slightly parted lips.
He continues his gentle nudging until he can feel the other pushing back against him, his hand sliding down in search for his under the blanket.
Their fingers interlace naturally, squeezing affectionately though still a little tired.
"Morning, sunshine" he whispers, playfully pushing his nose into his hair.
The mumble he gets in return makes him chuckle, the other's voice obviously still rough from sleep.
"Hm~?"
He feels his hand being pulled up, a pleasant shiver going down his spine as warm lips press soft kisses on each of his knuckles.
When the other makes him stretch out his fingers, he complies willingly, smiling softly as his palm and the spaces between his fingers are being explored with care.
"Obsessed much?"
His approving hum lightly vibrates against his chest.
Nuzzling his earlobe, he closes his eyes again, simply enjoying the closeness and their shared warmth.
When he finally speaks, it's still more of a mumble, sounding even more nasal than usual but it makes his heart flutter inside his chest and even though it's been three years already it still brings a small blush to his face.
"Happy anniversary, Okatchi."
"Happy anniversary, my love."
